Y – Yolanda (Young Professional, Battling Depression)

On the outside, everything looks perfect. I have a great job, a beautiful apartment, and an active social life. But on the inside, I feel empty. Every day feels like a battle, and I’m losing. Last night, I hit rock bottom. I was sitting in my apartment, alone, and just whispered, 'God, I can’t do this anymore.' That was the moment everything changed. I didn’t get an immediate answer, but I felt His presence like never before. I know that God is with me in this fight, and prayer is the lifeline that keeps me from drowning.
